MAITUM, Sarangani (December 21, 2014) – From left, Mayor Pepito Catimbang, DILG provincial director Flor Limpin Jr., and DILG OIC regional director Reynaldo Bungubung sign the certificates of turnover and acceptance during the blessing and turnover ceremony of the Kiayap-Malalag water system at the Kiayap Barangay Hall on December 15. Barangay Kiayap was one of the qualified barangays that received P4.8 million financial grant from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for the construction and development of potable water system under the national government's Sagana at Ligtas na Tubig sa Lahat or "Salintubig" program.
