Flalok project extended



GENERAL SANTOS CITY (August 7, 2017) – Tribal leaders and government officials witness the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between Conrado and Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation Incorporated (CLAFI) and Gerry Roxas Foundation for another six months extension for the Flalok project implemented by CLAFI in partnership with the Department of Education Region 12. Cecile A. Dominguez (2nd from right, seated), president of CLAFI, the Mindanao-based corporate foundation of the Alcantara Group, and executive director of the Gerry Roxas Foundation Maria Rosamund Parado (2nd from left, seated) signed the MOA on July 27 witnessed by Municipal Tribal Chieftains, Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representatives (IPMRs) from South Cotabato, General Santos City and Sarangani with National Commission of Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Regional Director 12 Timuey Lim Wong (extreme right, seated), Alabel Mayor Vic Paul Salarda (3rd from left, standing), Board Member Atty. Cyril Yap, Jr. (second from left, standing) and Board Member-IPMR Fulung Fredo P. Basino (extreme left, seated).
