Cotabato City Administrator lawyer Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi (left) describes as political harassment the filing of charges linking her to the Maguindanao massacre during a press conference held in Cotabato City last Thursday. Guiani-Sayadi was among the 50 new suspects in the massacre case including local politicians in Maguindanao.
