Thousands of protesters staged a rally in Cotabato City on Thursday to denounce the political harassment made by Maguindanao Gov. Esmael Mangudadatu for orchestrating the filing of charges against 50 additional suspects, many of who are the governor's political opponents, in the Maguindanao massacre case.
